Create a video.
Please record a 5-10 minute video of your pitch. Judges will be asked to ignore anything past the 10 minute mark.
Videos should only include your slide deck and yourself presenting on screen – no live demos or footage of your product/service in use in the field. This includes live software demos. Videos that do not match submitted slide decks will risk disqualification.
Here’s a review of some of the available video recording tools.
Zoom is easy, free, and good for remote teams.
Knovio has some nice features but works best with a single presenter.
Vidyard and Screencastomatic are Chrome plugins that are free and easy to use.
YouTube is a good way to share the link. Here are instructions on uploading and making sure that your video is unlisted.
Do your best, but don’t stress the quality of your video. This is not a video competition and the rubric has not changed. Judges are aware that everyone is in different and unexpected circumstances this year and will not be judging video quality.
Submit your presentation using this form by 11:59pm on May 1.
Please include:
a link to your video [see instructions above for uploading an unlisted video to YouTube]
your final pitch deck in pptx or pdf format
any additional remarks that you would like to share with judges (no more than 200 wds)
