Kelly Reardon-Sleicher
Kelly Reardon Sleicher is the Associate Program Director of the Severino Center for Technological Entrepreneurship at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where she helps nascent entrepreneurs develop the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver validated products and services to market. A connector with drive and creativity, she streamlines essential processes, and builds connections to promote growth and success not only on campus, but in the community as well. One of her more successful efforts is a startup event called StartUp Tech Valley, that provides a platform for young companies to ask for a hand-up from the audiences (150-250 ppl) that gather monthly. Having coached hundreds of teams to pitch their businesses, she enjoys aiding early-stage companies in honing their key messages for a variety of audiences.
She is also a 2017 recipient of the Albany Business Review 40 Under 40 award.
